Vineyard Notes

The grapes come from our Loveblock Farm in the Lower Awatere sub-region of Marlborough. Perched high on the hill, approximately 150 m above sea level, our Muscat grapes ripened exceptionally early and were harvested on 12th March. The juice was immediately processed at the winery ready for fermentation.

Vinification

The juice was cool fermented until dry. Stabilised and then chaptalised, the wine was re-inoculated for a secondary ferment in bottle. When dry, the wine was disgorged, liquored and corked for a second time.

Made in true Prosecco style.
