Oenological tannins are commonly used in winemaking, and we found that tannin extracted from green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis) acts as a natural antioxidant, helping protect the wine against oxidation and spoilage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The palate is elegant, with juicy mandarin, earthy cumin, sweet basil and ripe yellow star fruit (carambola).
